Adiwarna offers flat-rate shipping for orders delivered within Semenanjung Malaysia.

Shipping cost will be shown during checkout. Customers may add products to the cart and use the Shipping Calculator or checkout page to view the applicable shipping rate before making payment.

Shipping Rate

Semenanjung Malaysia: RM8 flat-rate shipping

Shipping charges for other locations, if available, may vary and will be calculated or confirmed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Please ensure that your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details are correct before completing payment. Adiwarna will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier or post office, delivery will be handled by the appointed delivery agent.

Adiwarna is not responsible for any misplaced, missing, delayed, or damaged parcel caused by the delivery agent. However, we will assist customers as much as possible to follow up with the courier or delivery agent.

Failed Delivery / Returned Parcel

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed parcel, or customer’s failure to receive the parcel, the customer may be required to pay the additional shipping cost for redelivery.
