Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, materials, and details as accurately as possible.

However, product images shown on the website may slightly differ from the actual product received. Due to lighting effects, monitor brightness, contrast settings, photography, and screen display differences, there may be slight variations in colour tone. The design of the item will remain the same as shown in the product image.

All product descriptions, information, and materials posted on the website are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise.

Product prices, availability, promotions, and shipping fees may change without prior notice.

If an item ordered is out of stock after payment has been made, Adiwarna will contact the customer and the customer will be entitled to a full refund for the unavailable item.

Orders and Payment

Customers must ensure that all order details are correct before making payment.

Once payment has been made through the payment gateway, Adiwarna does not accept cancellation due to change of mind.

No Change of Mind

Change of mind is not applicable.

Customers are advised to check all product details, size, colour, quantity, and delivery information carefully before placing an order and making payment.

Sale Items

Sale items are not refundable except if the item is defective.

Size exchange for sale items may be allowed within 3 days from the date the item is received, subject to stock availability.

Delivery

Shipping cost is flat-rate for Semenanjung Malaysia at RM8.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier or post office, delivery will be handled by the appointed delivery agent. Adiwarna will not be responsible for missing, misplaced, delayed, or damaged parcels caused by the delivery agent, but we will assist customers as much as possible.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete any return, refund, or exchange request.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

Adiwarna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products, delivery service, or third-party service providers.

In the event the returned product is found not to be faulty, Adiwarna may decide not to repair, replace, or refund the product. The customer may also be required to bear reasonable delivery costs, servicing costs, or other related charges.

Adiwarna reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
