Refund and Returns Policy


Shipping cost is flat-rate. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.

Once parcel is out to post office, it’s out from our responsibilities if there’s any misplace/missing parcel because of delivery agent fault. But we will assist you as much as we can.

Notes :

  • Sale items are not refundable except if there’s defect and can exchange size within 3 days once received item (while stock still available)
  • Change of mind not applicable
  • Due to lighting effects, monitor’s brightness, contrast setting, etc., they could be some slight differences in the colour tone of the pictures and the actual item but the design is still same as in picture

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
  • Product image as seen on the website may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive. 
  • Due to lighting effects, monitor’s brightness, contrast setting, etc., there could be some slight differences in the colour tone of the pictures and the actual item. 
  • If the item you received is faulty, please contact our directly on Whatsapp .
  • Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email/whatsapp as soon as possible.
  • In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees.

The process will be taking 6-14 days working.

There will be NO CASH/ONLINE refund if the fault is not on us.

Customer will be entitled for a full refund in the event of:

  • Item (s) ordered is out of stock.

Please note that the refund process will take a maximum of 14 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective/damaged/wrong size(while stock last)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

We will be responsible for paying the shipping cost if the fault is on our side.
